The challenge
LitVM is a Litecoin-ecosystem protocol: technically interesting, hard to explain, and competing for attention against every meme coin on the internet. Traditional protocol marketing (threads, infographics, AMAs) reaches people already in the bubble. The brand needed a way into everyday conversations.
The approach
GIFs are the one format that travels beyond your own audience: people search GIPHY inside iMessage, Slack, Discord, and X and share what they find. I built Lester, a character with a personality worth quoting, then produced a steady pipeline of reaction GIFs, parodies, and loops tuned to what people actually search: gm, bullish, lets go, laser eyes. Every loop is AI-produced end to end (video models, image models, sound) by one operator, so the channel ships new content at a pace a traditional team could not match profitably.
